Due to the nature of our business, we do not offer refunds for services. By default, if there is a good cause for services not being rendered in a timely manner, we will offer a credit to your account to be used towards event rescheduling or other services offered by GOGIGA X.
If you contact your bank or credit card company to decline or reverse the charge of fees for Paid Services, we will not provide a refund and we may revoke your access to our Services in general.
