Payment Terms
Unless otherwise specified in the Statement Of Work or Alternative Payment Agreement, All Services excluding Stream services and Fansite Care Plans (subscription based plans) require a minimum of 50% down payment prior to the start of services. Remaining balances are to be paid in full up to 48 before launch otherwise, you forfeit any services rendered. All services can be ceased if final payment is not met.
Any request for files, transfers, and all other assets inclusive of transfer of Fansites, require balance to be paid in full inclusive of lates fees. Non-payment that exceeds 90 days, can result in deletion of Fansite Setup and all assets relating to shows or events.
Any late payments are subject to a late fee up to $200 for all services with the exception of Stream Services and Fansite Care Plans.
