Force Majeure
If performance of this service agreement or any obligation under this agreement is prevented, restricted, or interfered with by a “Force Majeure,” and if the party unable to carry out its obligations gives the other party prompt written notice of such event, then the obligations of the party invoking this provision shall be suspended to the extent necessary by such event, except for any obligation to make payments hereunder. The term Force Majeure shall include, without limitation, events such as: floods, fires, earthquakes, tornadoes, hurricanes, storms, epidemics, pandemics, or other acts of God; orders or acts of military or civil authority, or declarations of national, state, or local emergency; insurrections, riots, or wars; explosions, vandalism, terrorist threats or acts of terrorism; or strikes, lock-outs, or work stoppages.
