DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES

Fansite Care is branded service provided by GOGIGA X for website hosting and maintenance service.

FANSITE CARE PLANS SUPPORT

Fansite care covers only the engineered functions of the Fansite and not the “experience”. You can submit support tickets for issues that are considered “escalated issues” that impact business based on severe interference and is NOT classified as an end-user issue. (Please see “End-User Support)

END-USER SUPPORT

End-users are defined as any person who using your website directly to conduct business with you or act as an employee, contractor, or agent within your business. GOGIGA X does not provide support to end-users that engage and uses your custom built website or applications. You are responsible for providing end-user support when such issues arise such as (password resets, browser issues, uncertainty on how to use certain functions or features). Furthermore, it is your responsibility to create help guides, articles, or any other custom use of your system to make available for your end-users.

If help guides are created by GOGIGA X with the order of your Fansite Setup Package, it is your responsibility that guides are maintained, updated, and modified by you.

REVISIONS

Revision Policy: All approved designs and looks are considered final. Once approved our revision rate is $150 per hour to complete changes and updates to your Fansite. Customers opted in to Premium Care or Extreme Care plans have hours of unlimited revision coverage monthly.

Unlimited Site Revisions: Minor revisions are unlimited (please review sample revision list). Site updates is based on the hours to complete requested task. Unlimited within 2 Hours Monthly. Tasks that equal more than 2 hours to complete will be charges $50 for each additional hour.

Adding New Categories

Sample Major Updates:
Add new products
Add new course materials
Adding New Blog Posts
Updating Integrations.

Redesign/ Reconfigure Fansite:

Site redesign and reconfiguring allows make major changes to be made Fansites. Extreme Care Plan covers up to 5 hours of task to be complete a redesign or changes to configurations. Tasks that equal more than 5 hours to complete will be charges $150 for each additional hour. Tasks Unused time translate into a credit of $40 that can used towards New Fansite Projects.

New Webpages
New Sections to Existing Pages
New Fansite Integrations
Adding New Plugins
Switching Plugins
Data Migration or Data Entry

New Fansite Setup Projects are considered as a complete redesign of an existing site or creation of a new Fansite including subdomain or subdirectory sites.

We will confirm the request prior to the start of any work beyond “Minor Revisions” as you must agree to the additional charges.
